Finally we are changing seasons and the first thing I like to take care is my makeup bag. I seriously don't like the summery weather because I can't cope with the freaking humidity ruining my makeup (and hair) every 5 seconds; Is not that I even use a lot of it but still makes me mad to feel my face all greasy and shiny, so I end up wearing only lipstick and mascara.

For this Fall/Winter I'm going to continue the barely makeup trend using everything what you see in this little bag and maybe for some special occasions I'll add some eyeshadow.

Finalmente estamos cambiando de estacion y lo primero que me gusta hacerme cargo es de mi bolsa de maquillaje. Realmente no me gusta el clima de verano porque no puedo lidiar con el hecho de que la mugre humedad eche a perder mi maquillaje ( y peinado) cada 5 segundos; Tampoco es que use mucho pero aun asi me enoja sentir mi cara toda grasosa y brillosa, termino usando solamente rimel y labial.

Para este Otoño/Invierno voy a continuar el look de "no maquillaje" usando todo lo que ves en esta bolsa y a lo mejor en ocasiones especiales agregue alguna sombre.

This time I was inspired by a vintage makeup I always see at Tsubasa Masuwaka a famous gyaru model from japan...I always thought she looked amazing with everything but this is my favorite look. She's 27 years old and she's also a mom/wife like me and she keeps working like crazy on her makeup and beauty line...WHAT AN INSPIRATION!

Esta vez mi inspiracion fue un maquillaje retro que siempre veo en Tsubasa Masuwaka una famosa modelo gyaru de japon... Siempre he pensado que se ve hermosa con todo pero este es mi look favorito. Since a long time ago one of my hobbies was looking around and thinking "that could be a great place for a shoot" Unfortunately most of the people I frequent don't like photography or don't have time, so the idea of me posing on those places seems like a remote idea... that's when I thought "Maybe I should take a moment to be behind the camera" but the most important thing about this great idea was that I required to have a professional camera; I wasn't available to afford one...until now! The best thing I could have ever done. This may sound crazy but I fell like now I can die in peace LOL.

Desde hace mucho tiempo una de mis manías es ver por todos lados y pensar "este seria un buen lugar para una sesión" Desafortunadamente la mayoría de la gente que frecuento no le gusta la fotografía o no tienen tiempo, así que la idea de posar en esos lugares es mas que un sueño...Fue ahí cuando pensé "Debería tomarme un tiempo para estar detrás de cámara" pero la parte mas importante de esta idea es que necesitaba una cámara profesional; No era posible para mi poder comprarla...hasta ahora! La mejor cosa que pude haber hecho. Esto podrá sonar loco pero siento que ahora puedo morir en paz LOL.

editorial shoot

A local designer (who's also a friend of a friend LOL) invited me to model for her S/S 13' campaign and so i did. These were my favorite pieces and i was really lucky to wear them for the shoot (Also I really wish i could have keep them for myself). The yellow dress was suprisely really comfortable and it fitted very well on my body...The best part of the shoot was the insane location, I can certainly imagine living in that house. While i'm writing this i'm packing for my little trip to guadalajara...less than 24hrs for FNO...Who's excited!?

Una diseñadora local (que resulta ser amiga de un amigo LOL) me invito a modelar para su campaña P/V 13' y asi lo hice. Estos fueron mis diseños favoritos y fui lo suficientemente suertuda para usarlos en la sesion de fotos. (Ademas me hubiera gustado haberme quedado con ellos para mi) El vestido amarillo era sorpresivamente comodo y me quedaba a la perfeccion...La mejor parte de la sesion fue la increible locacion, sin duda me puedo imaginar viviendo en esa casa. Mientras escribo esto estoy empacando para mi pequeño viaje a guadalajara...menos de 24hrs para FNO...¿!Quien esta emocionado!? 

lancôme makeup try out

Yesterday went to a makeup try out by LANCÔME at Liverpool. Everything was beautiful and they let us try everything they use on the model. As you may know i'm a huge fan of LANCÔME products so this was perfect for me. Every other month they do this kind of events so better check out for the next makeup try out.

Ayer fui a una prueba de maquillaje de LANCÔME en Liverpool. Todo estaba hermoso y ademas nos dejaron probar todo lo que usaron en la modelo. Como todos saben soy una gran fan de los productos de LANCÔME asi que esto fue perfecto para mi. Cada ciertos meses ellos realizan este tipo de eventos asi que te recomiendo que cheques la proxima prueba de maquillaje.
